Take the simplest and purest Master Chronometer Date watch as an example. Turning the watch over reveals the newly upgraded Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 899 self-winding movement, boasting a 70-hour power reserve. This upgraded movement replaces Jaeger-LeCoultre's previous 1000-hour certification (HPG), adopting the latest HPG certification standard. This standard not only requires certification from the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC) but also assesses the watch's performance in daily wear across four key dimensions: altitude, impact, watch position, and temperature variations.
